Meet Lou

When Dixie's check engine light came on yesterday, I stayed pretty calm, though I'll admit to a bit of profanity at first. Before long I was at a Michigan Chevy dealership where these legs and the man attached to them made quick work of the problem. His name is Lou, but also answers to the RV Whisperer, saying soothingly, "Come on Dixie, tell me what's wrong." He was kind and professional, with just a touch of playfulness, and had me back on the road armed with facts in no time.
